redflagmotor.com is the export sales website of Shawn, an authorized export sales agent for Red Flag Motor. The motors are made by Qingdao Tianyi Group Red Flag Motor Co., Ltd., No. 1588 Century Avenue (Shiji Dadao), Huangdao District, Qingdao, Shandong, China. What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our form, we receive what you enter: your country, your email address or WhatsApp number, your company, the product you are interested in, the quantity and your message about the motor you need. Country, contact and message are required; the other fields are optional. The form also tells us which page and language you sent it from, and when.

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or WeChat instead, we receive the details you send there.

How the form works

Our enquiry form is sent through Web3Forms, a form service that passes your submission on to us by email. Our email account is provided by Google (Gmail).

Cookies and images

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not use analytics tools. Some product images are loaded from an outside image host (img.waimaoniu.net), which receives your IP address when your browser loads them.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare and follow up your quotation and, if you place an order, to handle that order and its shipment. We do not sell your details or pass them to third parties for their own marketing.

We reply to enquiries and follow up quotations by email or WhatsApp. If you tell us you don't want any more follow-up, we stop.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is seen by Shawn. To prepare your quotation, we check your technical requirements with the factory.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry details for as long as they are needed for our business relationship with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them. Email zenyaretyre@gmail.com from the address you used, or message us on WhatsApp from the number you gave us. If you have an open order, we may need to keep the order records until it is completed.

Where your data is handled

We are based in China, so your details are handled from China and by the email and form services we use.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
